Order Processing & Same-Day Shipping

Orders placed Monday through Thursday before 1:00 PM Pacific Time will be processed and shipped the same business day.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM Pacific Time, or orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday, will be processed and shipped on the following business day.

Please note that shipping times begin once your order has been shipped and do not include order processing time.

Shipping Carriers

Our primary shipping carrier is UPS. However, we reserve the right to select USPS, FedEx, or another carrier at our discretion based on the destination, package size, shipping service, or other logistical considerations.

The carrier selected for your order may vary from order to order.

Free Shipping

Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on orders with a subtotal of more than $149 USD.

Free shipping applies to deliveries within the United States, excluding:

• Alaska

• Hawaii

• U.S. Territories

The free-shipping offer is based on the merchandise subtotal before shipping charges and applicable taxes.

International Orders, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, the buyer is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other charges that may be assessed by the destination country or its customs authorities.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges unless specifically stated otherwise at checkout.

We do not control the amount of duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. Any fees due upon arrival or required for customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

If an international package is refused or abandoned because the recipient does not pay the required customs duties, taxes, or fees, the buyer may be responsible for any return shipping, customs, or other charges incurred.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout.

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to ship orders according to the schedule above, delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including carrier delays, severe weather, customs processing, holidays, or other unforeseen events.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided when available so you can follow your package.

Holidays

Orders placed on holidays or days when our shipping department is closed will be processed on the next available business day.
